The rentals are made available to our 11 million visitors through an extensive marketing program by the area’s best marketing firm in conjunction with the city of Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism Vacation Planner. All rentals in Eagles Ridge and Eagles Ridge North are managed by Eagle Property Management, Inc. Their time-tested approach to management enables them to market you property in a professional, positive and financially rewarding manner.

HOW MUCH DO I GET? Eagle Property Management, Inc. charges a forty percent commission on the gross rentals. This fee covers marketing, maid service, rental and reservations.

ARE THERE RESTRICTIONS IN EAGLES RIDGE AND EAGLES RIDGE NORTH? Yes! A protective set of covenants is in place to preserve the beauty and intent of the Resort. This is to help insure maximum rentals and create repeat business.

IS THERE AN ASSOCIATION IN EAGLES RIDGE AND EAGLES RIDGE NORTH? Yes! All areas around the units as well as the pool and club house area are common area, controlled and maintained by the association for the protection of the owners and their rental business.
